Eligibility

  • Young working professionals or full-time students born after 31 December 1996 can enter this challenge / contest.

    You will be required to upload proof of birth date to the entry site.

  • No. You can enter as many entries as you like.

  • Entry is open to individuals working alone, or in groups ofup to 2 persons working as a team.

    All members of a team must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

    If you enter as a team, the winning entitlements will be handed to the primary entrant, and shared by the entrants.

  • The deadline for submitting all entries has been extended.

    Submit all entries by 11:59pm of Monday, 29 December 2025.

  • Winners will be revealed towards the end of January 2026. This date is subject to change.

Entry Data + Supporting Information

  • YES!

    Your chosen name must be in English only. Regional names translated or written in English are not allowed.

  • Each submission must include:

    1. Your chosen name for the lounge

    2. A note (upto 200 words) to explain the insight, rationale or reasoning behind your chosen name for the lounge

    3. Visual representation: Capture the mood, colours, fonts or references to visualise and bring your chosen name for the lounge to life.

    Share your submission as a PDF presentation, not more than 5 pages. You may also include a video or image board.

  • Upload a PDF or create videos to help the jurors understand your entry.

    PDFs and images must be in a 16:9 orientation.

    Videos have to be in 16:9 orientation, and can be renderedas 720p or 1080p H264 format MP4 files

  • Yes please. The Entry Site allows you to enter credits during the time of submitting your entry.

    Please assure you’ve filled in the correct details since these credits may be used to promote your work and the competition.

  • What you say about your work might add background and context to your entry.

    It’s completely optional, and will not be considered as part of the judging media.

  • Make it as clear, concise and straight-to-the point as possible.

  • Yes, if your work was not originally released in English.

    We only accept translations to be given on the online entry form, and not as a separate document or film.

    Then, ideate, research, create, think, do, execute. Not necessarily in the same order.

    Once you’re ready to submit, proceed to signup on the Entry Site and create a new entry.

  • Each submission must include:

Judging

  • A preliminary jury of experts, curated by Kyoorius, will be tasked to shortlist a pool of entries from all received entries.

    This shortlist will be shared with officials from the sponsor, for them to select the final winner.

  • Kyoorius will appoint a primary jury that shall compose of judges who, in Kyoorius’ sole discretion, have the appropriate qualifications to judge the work. Responses will be considered in accordance with the awards selection criteria.

    These are:
    > Idea: How inspiring is the chosen name
    > Execution: How has the idea been visually represented
    > Answers the brief: Has the idea and execution truly helped answer the brief?

    The primary jury will award a select number of the responses whom it considers, in its sole discretion, to be the best responses. These ‘best responses’, deemed nominations, nominated entries or shortlists or shortlisted entries will be shared with the sponsors for final winner selection.

    Both, the primary jury and sponsor are not limited in the number of responses they can select, and similarly there is no guarantee that both, the primary jury or the sponsor will select or reward any entry, if they do not feel that work is of the standard required.

    All decisions pertaining to the primary jury are under the purview of Kyoorius, and the selection of the final winner, is under the purview of the sponsor.

Results & Winning

  • The winner will announced / revealed towards the end of January 2026.

  • You stand a chance to win:

    • A cash reward of INR 1,00,000/-

    • One-year access to the new lounge at BLR Airport Terminal 2 (T2)

    • Bragging Rights: Your chosen name for the lounge could become the permanent name of the lounge

    • In case the winning entry is submitted by a team of 2 entrants, the prizes will be divided between the winners, as decided by the sponsor

    • Prizes are subject to Sponsor Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke access to the lounge, events or any of the other prizes at any time solely at their discretion.

  • No prizes will be awarded to any of the nominated or shortlisted entries.
