A preliminary jury of experts, curated by Kyoorius, will be tasked to shortlist a pool of entries from all received entries.

This shortlist will be shared with officials from the sponsor, for them to select the final winner.

Kyoorius will appoint a primary jury that shall compose of judges who, in Kyoorius’ sole discretion, have the appropriate qualifications to judge the work. Responses will be considered in accordance with the awards selection criteria.

These are:
> Idea: How inspiring is the chosen name
> Execution: How has the idea been visually represented
> Answers the brief: Has the idea and execution truly helped answer the brief?

The primary jury will award a select number of the responses whom it considers, in its sole discretion, to be the best responses. These ‘best responses’, deemed nominations, nominated entries or shortlists or shortlisted entries will be shared with the sponsors for final winner selection.

Both, the primary jury and sponsor are not limited in the number of responses they can select, and similarly there is no guarantee that both, the primary jury or the sponsor will select or reward any entry, if they do not feel that work is of the standard required.

All decisions pertaining to the primary jury are under the purview of Kyoorius, and the selection of the final winner, is under the purview of the sponsor.
